SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY COSTS
Most of our products are shipped via a standard small package service by the Fedex carrier. However, the shipping of some items may be done by another carrier depending on the weight, dimension or quantity of the items ordered. If you wish to receive your order via expedited shipping, please contact our customer service for the applicable fees.

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75 and over, as we want to make your life easier. For all orders of $74,99 or less, shipping will be $5.
Certain regions are served only by sea or air transport. If necessary, we reserve the right to apply additional delivery costs for certain remote regions or special cases. You may receive a call from our team if transportation is not possible by road. Charges may apply in these cases and you will have the option to cancel your order.
DELIVERY TIMES FOR MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS
Delivery in Quebec is made in 4 to 6 working days. Delivery times for the rest of Canada can be up to 6 to 12 business days.
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours of the transaction and shipped the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR PORTABLE SINK STATIONS
Due to increased demand, delivery times for these products may vary between two (2) to three (3) weeks. You can contact our customer service pour plus de détails.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use your tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.
After three delivery attempts, if Fedex is unable to deliver the package, it will be re-shipped to our warehouse. In such a situation additional costs will be charged to you.
ORDERING MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT
Your order may be delivered to you in more than one box. You will then receive a tracking number per box shipped.
We make every effort to ensure that the boxes are delivered to you in good condition and we make sure that the product is well protected inside the box during transport. However, if anything happens during transport, contact us quickly and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns
You have 30 days following the date of shipment of the order to request a return. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used during the purchase. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in perfect condition and with all the documentation, parts and accessories.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Before making a return for a product purchased online, you must contact us by email at customerservice@julien.ca in order to obtain an authorization. In order to obtain an authorization. Once your request has been processed and authorized, a FedEx return label will be emailed to you. You can therefore go to a FedEx service point near you to make the return, or contact FedEx directly to pick up your package.
RETURN FEES
The delivery costs are very high. To allow you to return the product to us, we are ready to absorb part of the costs. However, a 35% of the value of the product will be asked for the costs of return, inspection and restocking of the item. These return shipping costs will then be deducted from your refund.
WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Merchandise opened, damaged and / or which is not in a condition to be resold will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.
No refund or exchange will be accepted on products in liquidation and on shipping costs if applicable.
CANCEL AN ORDER
It is impossible for us to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, if you have just placed an order on our online store and wish to cancel it, the best way is to call us directly: 418-687-3630 / 1-866-901-5624.
